Existing buildings, or a new build?
Flats that come free one at a time
When a tenancy ends, post the flat — by hand or through the interface. Saved searches that reach its commune carry it in their next email, and once it is let you take it down. Professional or Enterprise, paid by the day online.
Many units, all at once
For a new build or a renovation, all the project's units go up together, at a one-off price per unit and with no subscription. Renters see on the map how far the new address is from where they work — where nobody knows the building yet, that is what they ask first.

What does it cost?
Privately, up to 2 adverts at a time are free, and each further one costs CHF 69 once. Firms pay per object and day — CHF 1.12 with Professional, CHF 1.36 with Enterprise — with a monthly minimum. First letting costs CHF 68 once per unit. All excluding VAT.
How do our flats get onto bynine?
By the form, through your assistant with the connector, or from your own system through the interface. With Enterprise we set up the import from your property software with you.
Which software does it work with?
Your own software can post through our interface; we set up its access with you. For an import, name your property-management software when you get in touch and we will tell you how we connect it.
Where do the figures come from, and who sees our contact details?
Travel times come from the Swiss timetable (opentransportdata.swiss), commune figures from the Federal Statistical Office and other named sources, each with its year. Your contact details stand only on your adverts, shown one press at a time — or nowhere, if you take enquiries as messages.
How long do we commit for?
Posting privately needs no contract. Professional and Enterprise are billed monthly by object-days, on a term agreed with you. First letting is paid once per unit, with no subscription.
How fast are our flats online?
A flat goes on the board as soon as it is sent, unless our check holds it for a look first. It then stands for sixty days, and one press renews it.
